Not Trunky At All, I Swear
y'all better watch out for when I come home.... in a year... not trunky at all, I swear.... I'VE CHANGED. If you thought I was great, I'm gunna be even GREATER. If you thought I sucked then I will still be GREATER. (I say that as humbly as possible)
So this week has been pretty dang good! Man we have made some huggee changes this week. We got rid of one of our companions... we changed our meals... we changed our work outs.... and we changed our missionary lifestyle.... what a week!
But with the first... Elder Winterholler went home.. he completed his 2 years and he will definitely be missed!. When we were in a trio we had a lot of fun, almost too much fun but it was all worth it. The apartment is definitely a lot more quiet now that he is gone because Elder Moake and I can actually focus on missionary work... its not that Elder Winterholler didn't want to work its just that TRIOS GET CRAZY! hahaha
We started meal prepping... we don't actually cook all of our meals at the beginning of the week. We started planning every meal and we bought the stuff for it at the beginning of the week... and we are starting to use the crock pot. We are eating super healthy.... this week we have made a roast and had costa vida burritos.... also we had BBQ chicken wings... some spaghetti... burgers... pasta salad.. and YES WE MADE IT ALL ON OUR OWN..... and for those that don't know me.. I didn't cook before the mish.... but i've changed..
also we have our work outs all planned out. we do NOT 1, NOT 2, NOT 3, BUT 2 work outs a day. and we have them all planned. so we gunna get swoll. watch out.
Now that Elder Winterholler is gone, Elder Moake and I needed to rethink life and start fresh... so we updated ALL of our area book,,, and for you non missionaries out there... it was tough. We have made some pretty good goals for this transfer and we are going to work EXTRA hard to achieve these goals.
ALSO, we deep cleaned the apartment (flashback to doing the same thing in Columbus with Elder Bearnson, love that dude) and threw away like 10 bags of trash and all of our old food and old clothes... so our apartment is bare but its good because we have a fresh start.
We are eating healthy and cooking all of our meals, we are working out a bunch, and we have a healthy mindset about missionary work. and our apartment is habitable now. so therefore.... THE NEW ELDER TURLEY.
