We have seen Miracles - July 2, 2018

                           

Elder McBride is going home this week.

 

We have seen so many miracles.

Well this has been a really good week! We have seen so many miracles. It was elder Mcbrides last week in the mission field so we worked extra hard so me and my new comp would have a good area to come back to. So we ~grinded~ extra hard this week. 

My new companions name is Elder Moake. I don't know anything about him. I just know that he came out to the mission with me and I will be "teaching" him how to speak Spanish. So this transfer will be very interesting. I'm honestly terrified. But I'm too prideful to let people know that. Lol. But I'm excited. 

Well idk what else really happened this week. But I have almost hit my year mark. And I'm pumped because now Elder Moake and I can burn out shirts together. Also I have seen a big change in me so far in the mission. I feel like a completely different person. Some things that are different about me are:

     - my hair is lighter (from the sun)

     - I don't bite my finger nails anymore

     - I eat tomatoes and onions

     - My forehead is bigger because I AM BALDING

yeah that's pretty much it. 

 This last week we had zone conference and Elder Mcbride and I did a training on inviting people to be baptized and we gave everyone the commitment to invite everyone in their first lesson to be baptized. and so we wanted to make sure we were good examples and doing our own commitment and we invited a ton of people this week and we had some awesome success. People really opened up to us.  I know as we let the spirit into our lives then we will have a greater desire to serve God and let go of the things of the world that "we think" that we cant live with out.
