so this week has been super fun. and i am only saying that because I literally don't remember what happened this week . It has been super fun that's all I know lol. Next week will be even more insane because I will get to see some people from my old area (hopefully, but we will see).
So i am currently checking my phone to see what has happened this week so I can write something here. so I am just going to talk about all the meals we ate this week. #grinddontstop
So....we had dinner with the Howe's on MONDAY... yes that name does sound white huh? (because they are). He is the 2nd counselor in the stake presidency and we saw his wife at church and she told us to call her to come over for dinner... so guess what we did... we called her. and we came over the next day. and they are super dope. He played baseball at BYU. so it was fun to talk to a white person and and talk sports with them.
TUESDAY: we ate dinner with the Alarcon's and He is the president of the branch but he just watched tv as we ate... Hispanics are weird. She cooked for us and was in the kitchen while we were eating and he watched tv on the couch so we just ate with their son Eric. Who is our ward mission leader. It was fun.... we had some bomb Mexican food!
WEDNESDAY: We went and blitzed the Plymouth area and stayed the night there Wednesday night.... but we did service for some guy named Ron and he payed us $20 to get food. So we ate SUBWAY. I love that place. So Elder Arbon and i went hard and spend almost every penny of the 20 bucks...
THURSDAY: We ate BDUBS. (shout out to Danielle Mendoza and Kristin Fairbanks) then we ate with Hermana Manuel and she is bomb. She always cooks good food for us. We had some time of Mexican food. It was rice and beans and some type of chicken. lol. all I know was it was good.
FRIDAY: We had tacos with my man Sergio and his wife Leny and their family... he knows some guys that sells tacos at his house every Friday and he told us to come and get tacos and he would buy. Next we ate with our grandma,Socorro Guzman. She cooked us chicken rice and beans... it was bomb.... guys I am getting the gainz up here!
SATURDAY: We had a youth activity and exactly.... 3 youth showed up and 6 missionaries were there. but we continued with the games. and we had a ton of fun and Sis Dyal and Canty went to buy pizza with mine and Moakes cards.... but someone at Little Caezars paid for us!!! BLESSINGS. so we ate free pizza. #blessup
Also another thing about Saturday... if you look at my title, this will make sense. So we have someone who we are teaching named Christian and we are homies with him but he doesn't have church clothes so Elder Moake and I pitched in and gave him our clothes... and now he looks fresh as heck! He was so excited to come to church and show off his new ties and suit.
SUNDAY: Elder Moake and I made hawaiian haystacks... but we just made it and then forgot to eat it because we had to leave... so stay tuned because we are gunna eat it today.
For reals this week has been good and it has been a really good week for me in my learning... i have committed myself to be exactly obedient and I am gunna do just that. I have already seen blessing pay off from trying my hardest.. I love this gospel and the blessing we can receive by doing what we are asked to do by the lord.
